हिंदुस्तान उर्वरक एंड रसायन लिमिटेड (एचयूआरएल) इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (आईओसीएल), एनटीपीसी लिमिटेड (एनटीपीसी) और कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड (सीआईएल) द्वारा फर्टिलाइजर कॉरपोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड (एफसीआईएल) और हिंदुस्तान फर्टिलाइजर कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा निगमित एक संयुक्त उद्यम कंपनी है। (एचएफसीएल) गोरखपुर (उत्तर प्रदेश) में 2200 एमटीपीडी अमोनिया और 3850 एमटीपीडी यूरिया (1.27 एमएमटीपीए नीम लेपित यूरिया) के अत्याधुनिक पर्यावरण अनुकूल और ऊर्जा कुशल प्राकृतिक गैस आधारित उर्वरक परिसरों (अमोनिया-यूरिया) की स्थापना और संचालन के प्रमुख उद्देश्य के साथ। ), सिंदरी (झारखंड) और बरौनी (बिहार), और साथ ही साथ अपने उत्पादों का विपणन करते हैं, इस प्रकार आर्थिक विकास को गति देते हैं।
HURL में गैर-कार्यकारी स्तर पर निम्नलिखित पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऊर्जावान युवा तकनीकी रूप से योग्य भारतीय नागरिकों से ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं:
पात्रता मानदंड की गणना की तिथि
आयु और योग्यता के बाद के अनुभव के संबंध में पात्रता मानदंड निर्धारित करने की कट-ऑफ तिथि 31.03.2021 होगी और किसी भी कारण से अपरिवर्तित रहेगी।
महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश
अर्हक डिप्लोमा/डिग्री पूर्णकालिक और नियमित होनी चाहिए। अंशकालिक / पत्राचार / दूरस्थ शिक्षा मोड के माध्यम से प्राप्त योग्यता रखने वाले उम्मीदवार पात्र नहीं हैं।
चयन प्रक्रिया
1. चयन कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षण और उसके बाद ट्रेड टेस्ट पर आधारित होगा जैसा कि नीचे दिया गया है।
2. सभी आवेदकों की उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम होगी और उन्हें कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा में शामिल होने की अनुमति इस अनुमान पर दी जाएगी कि वे उस पद के लिए पात्रता मानदंड को पूरा करते हैं जिसके लिए उन्होंने केवल ऑनलाइन डेटा के आधार पर आवेदन किया है। हालांकि, उनकी उम्मीदवारी विज्ञापित पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करने और प्रमाण पत्र और प्रशंसापत्र आदि के सत्यापन के अधीन होगी, जब कभी भी मांगा जाएगा।
3. उम्मीदवारों को कंप्यूटर आधारित वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार की परीक्षा के लिए प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित दिन, तिथि, समय और स्थान पर उपस्थित होना होगा, जो ऑनलाइन परीक्षा की तारीख से पहले जारी किया जाएगा। स्थल, तिथि, परीक्षा केंद्र में परिवर्तन के किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
4. योग्यता मानदंड और पदों के लिए विज्ञापित नौकरी विवरण के संबंध में कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षण और प्रोफाइल के परिणाम के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को एक ट्रेड टेस्ट में उपस्थित होना होगा, जिसका विवरण अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा।
कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा वस्तुनिष्ठ और एमसीक्यू (बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न) प्रकार की दो घंटे की अवधि की होगी जिसमें संबंधित विषय, सामान्य अंग्रेजी, मात्रात्मक योग्यता, तार्किक तर्क, सामान्य ज्ञान / जागरूकता के 100 प्रश्न शामिल होंगे।
सभी प्रश्न बहुविकल्पीय वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के होंगे जिनमें प्रत्येक में 4 विकल्प होंगे। सभी प्रश्नों को समान महत्व दिया जाएगा (प्रत्येक 1 अंक)। गलत उत्तर के परिणामस्वरूप 14 के नकारात्मक अंक होंगे। सीबीटी द्विभाषी होगा यानी हिंदी और अंग्रेजी।
आवेदक की उम्मीदवारी अनंतिम होगी और प्रमाणपत्रों/प्रशंसापत्रों, अनुभव आदि के बाद के सत्यापन के अधीन होगी। चयन प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में, यदि यह पाया जाता है कि उम्मीदवार ने गलत या गलत जानकारी दी है, तो उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी/नियुक्ति रद्द या वापस ले लिया जाएगा।
रिक्तियों को भरना पूरी तरह से उम्मीदवारों की उपयुक्तता के आधार पर प्रबंधन के विवेक पर है और यदि इनमें से कुछ रिक्तियां उपलब्ध उम्मीदवारों की अनुपयुक्तता या पात्र उम्मीदवारों की अपर्याप्त संख्या के कारण नहीं भरी जाती हैं, तो नियुक्ति के लिए कोई दावा नहीं होगा।
आवेदन शुल्क
गैर-वापसी योग्य आवेदन शुल्क रु। 300 / - (रुपये तीन सौ केवल) प्लस बैंक शुल्क ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के समय उम्मीदवारों द्वारा भुगतान किया जाना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवार इंटरनेट बैंकिंग खाते या क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से भुगतान करने का विकल्प चुन सकते हैं। आवेदन शुल्क के भुगतान का कोई अन्य तरीका स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। एक बार भुगतान किया गया आवेदन शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। इसलिए, उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आवेदन शुल्क के भुगतान से पहले अपनी पात्रता सत्यापित कर लें।

Recruitment of Non-Executives
Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited (HURL) is a joint venture company incorporated by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), NTPC Limited (NTPC) and Coal India Limited (CIL), with Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) with a prime objective to establish and operate state of the art environment friendly and energy efficient Natural Gas based Fertilizer Complexes (Ammonia-Urea) of 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (1.27 MMTPA neem coated urea) at Gorakhpur(Uttar Pradesh), Sindri(Jharkhand) & Barauni(Bihar), and simultaneously market their products, thus spurring economic growth.
Online applications are invited from energetic young technically qualified Indian Nationals for recruitment to following positions in non-Executive level in HURL:
Date of reckoning eligibility criteria
The cut-off date for determining eligibility criteria in respect of age and post qualification experience shall be 31.03.2021 and will remain unchanged irrespective of any reason whatsoever.
Important Instructions
The qualifying diploma/degree should be full time and regular. Candidates holding a qualification acquired through part-time/correspondence/distance education mode are not eligible.
Selection Process
1. The selection will be based on the Computer-based-test followed by Trade test as detailed below.
2. Candidature of all the applicants would be provisional and would be allowed to be appear in Computer Based Test on the presumption that they meet the eligibility criteria for the post which they have applied based on the online data only. Their candidature would however, be subject to meeting of advertised eligibility criteria and verification of certificates & testimonials etc. submitted, as & when called for.
3. Candidates will be required to appear for computer based objective type test, on the day, date, time & venue as mentioned in the Admit card, which shall be issued before the date of online examination. No request for change in venue, date, test centre shall be entertained.
4. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the result of computer-based test and profile with respect to eligibility criteria and the job description advertised for the posts will be required to appear in a trade test, details of which will be communicated separately.
The Computer Based Test shall be of Objective and MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) type
of two hours duration consisting of 100 questions comprising of questions from respective discipline, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical reasoning, General Knowledge/Awareness.
All questions would be multiple-choice objective type with 4 options each. All questions shall carry equal weightage (1 mark each). Wrong answer would result in negative marks of 14. The CBT shall be bilingual i.e., Hindi and English.
The candidature of the applicant would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates/ testimonials, experience etc. At any stage of the selection process, if it is found that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information, the candidature/appointment of the candidate will be cancelled or withdrawn.
Filling up of vacancies is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for appointment, if some of these vacancies are not filled due to unsuitability of available candidates or insufficiency of number of eligible candidates.
Application Fee
Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) plus bank charges are required to be paid by the candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through internet banking account or credit/debit card. No other mode of payment of application fee would be accepted. Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are, therefore, advised to verify their eligibility before payment of application fee.
