Selection of candidates under Free Coaching Scheme for SC and OBC Students for the selection year 2022-23,Download OBC SC Free Coaching Scheme 2022 List 2

Free Coaching Scheme is a central sector scheme of the department of Social Justice and Empowerment for Schedule Caste (SC)/ Other Back Caste (OBC) under which the students having total family income from all sources of Rs. 8.00 Lakh or less per annum will be eligible for benefit under the scheme. However, SC/OBC candidate belonging to minority community shall not be eligible.

The online applications were called for selection of the 3500 candidates under this scheme for the

year 2022-23 w.e.f. 1st May 2022 and the last date for submission of application was 15th June

2022. As per Section 9 (c) of scheme guidelines:

In each category, applicants who are recipients of the Post/Pre Matric Scholarship for SCS, Post/Pre Matric Scholarship for OBCS, or Top-Class Scholarship Schemes for SCs and OBCS (TCS) in the immediately preceding year will get over-riding priority in selection. The eligibility of these candidates would be auto-verified from the databases already available with the Ministry/NSP/State Governments. There will be no further verification of these cases. Merit lists for these candidates shall be drawn up as per the criteria prescribed in the scheme guidelines.

2. In view of the above, the applicants who have mentioned the NSP/State IDs in his/her

application form have been verified with the concerned states. As per criteria prescribed in the

scheme guidelines and based on verified NSP IDs, a list of 409 shortlisted candidates has

already been uploaded. Now based on verified IDs received from States/UTS, 1404 candidates

have been shortlisted details of which are attached at Annexure.

As per para 9 c (v) scheme guidelines,

3.The selected applicants shall join the coaching institute of their choice within 6 month of declaration of the merit lists and upload the digitally paid fee receipt alongwith a copy of the relevant bank entry of the passbook indicating the payment to the institute, on the portal alongwith a certificate from the institute that he has enrolled himself in the course and has already

paid total course fee. In this regard, the shortlisted candidates are required to submit the following documents in the

FCS portal (coaching.dosje.gov.in): a. name of the coaching institute

b. duration of the course and tentative date of opening/closing of coaching classes

c. tentative date of admission

d. course fee

e. Letter from coaching institute placing details of fee / duration of course/ tentative date of commencement and conclusion of coaching class.

4. If, at any point of time, the applicant is found ineligible as per scheme guidelines, his/her candidature will be cancelled immediately without affording any opportunity to the applicant. Further, if any student/institution is found to have engaged in any malpractice in contravention with provisions of this scheme or otherwise, appropriate action as deemed fit may be taken by the competent authority of this department.

चयन वर्ष 2022-23 के लिए अनुसूचित जाति और अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के छात्रों के लिए नि:शुल्क कोचिंग योजना के तहत उम्मीदवारों का चयन नि: शुल्क कोचिंग योजना अनुसूचित जाति (एससी) / अन्य पिछड़ी जाति (ओबीसी) के लिए सामाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता विभाग की एक केंद्रीय क्षेत्र की योजना है, जिसके तहत सभी स्रोतों से कुल पारिवारिक आय वाले छात्रों को रु। 8.00 लाख या उससे कम प्रति वर्ष योजना के तहत लाभ के लिए पात्र होंगे। हालांकि, अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय से संबंधित एससी/ओबीसी उम्मीदवार पात्र नहीं होंगे।

2022. योजना दिशानिर्देशों की धारा 9 (सी) के अनुसार:

प्रत्येक श्रेणी में, आवेदक जो एससीएस के लिए पोस्ट / प्री मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, ओबीसीएस के लिए पोस्ट / प्री मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, या एससी और ओबीसीएस (टीसीएस) के लिए शीर्ष-श्रेणी छात्रवृत्ति योजनाओं के तत्काल पूर्ववर्ती वर्ष में प्राप्तकर्ता हैं, उन्हें ओवर-राइडिंग प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। चयन में। इन उम्मीदवारों की पात्रता मंत्रालय/एनएसपी/राज्य सरकारों के पास पहले से उपलब्ध डेटाबेस से स्वतः सत्यापित होगी। इन मामलों का कोई और सत्यापन नहीं होगा। इन उम्मीदवारों के लिए योजना दिशानिर्देशों में निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुसार मेरिट सूची तैयार की जाएगी।

2. उपरोक्त को ध्यान में रखते हुए, जिन आवेदकों ने अपने में एनएसपी/राज्य आईडी का उल्लेख किया है

आवेदन पत्र को संबंधित राज्यों के साथ सत्यापित किया गया है। में निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुसार

पहले ही अपलोड किया जा चुका है। अब राज्यों/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों से प्राप्त सत्यापित आईडी के आधार पर, 1404 उम्मीदवार को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया गया है जिसका विवरण अनुबंध में संलग्न है।

पैरा 9 सी (वी) योजना दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार,

3.चयनित आवेदक मेरिट सूची की घोषणा के 6 महीने के भीतर अपनी पसंद के कोचिंग संस्थान में शामिल हो जाएंगे और डिजिटल रूप से भुगतान की गई शुल्क रसीद को पासबुक की संबंधित बैंक प्रविष्टि की एक प्रति के साथ पोर्टल पर अपलोड करेंगे, जिसमें संस्थान को भुगतान का संकेत दिया जाएगा। संस्थान से प्रमाण पत्र कि उसने खुद को पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकित किया है और पहले से ही है

कुल पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क का भुगतान किया। इस संबंध में, शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए उम्मीदवारों को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे:

1.FCS पोर्टल (coaching.dosje.gov.in): a. कोचिंग संस्थान का नाम

2. पाठ्यक्रम की अवधि और कोचिंग कक्षाएं खोलने/बंद करने की संभावित तिथि

3.प्रवेश की संभावित तिथि

4. पाठ्यक्रम शुल्क

5. कोचिंग संस्थान का पत्र जिसमें फीस/पाठ्यक्रम की अवधि/कोचिंग कक्षा के प्रारंभ और समापन की संभावित तिथि का विवरण दिया गया हो।

4. यदि किसी भी समय आवेदक को योजना के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार अपात्र पाया जाता है, तो आवेदक को कोई अवसर दिए बिना उसकी उम्मीदवारी तुरंत रद्द कर दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा, यदि कोई छात्र/संस्थान इस योजना के प्रावधानों के उल्लंघन में या अन्यथा किसी कदाचार में लिप्त पाया जाता है, तो इस विभाग के सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा उचित कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
