अर्हता एवं सामान्य निर्देश
1. विज्ञापित पदों (निदेशक अनुसंधान संस्थान के अतिरिक्त) की अर्हता एवं अन्य शर्ते उप्र राज्य विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम 1973 एवं विज्ञापन की तिथि को प्रवृत्त उ. प्र. शासन द्वारा संशोधित अभिनय मानक तथा विश्वविद्यालय परिनियम के अनुसार किये गये नवीनतम संशोधनों के अधीन होगी।
2- अपेक्षित अर्हताएं आवेदन की अन्तिम तिथि तक पूर्ण होनी चाहिए।
3- सरल मानक संस्कृत द्वारा संस्कृत भाषा में क्ष

विशेष
1- संस्कृत विद्या विभाग में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर के दो पद के लिये आचार्य अथवा संस्कृत में स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि के साथ संस्कृत माध्यम से अध्यापन की क्षमता भी अपेक्षित है जिनमें अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के आरक्षित पद के लिए संस्कृत साहित्य या दर्शन एवं अनारक्षित पद के लिए संस्कृत साहित्य या दर्शन में विशिष्टता भी अपेक्षित हैं। 2- सभी शैक्षिक पदों मे सरलमानक संस्कृत द्वारा अध्यापन में दक्ष

पालि तथा प्राकृत के अच्छे ज्ञान या संस्कृत भाषा के माध्यम से लेखन तथा अध्यापन अनुसंधान में दक्षता तथा उत्कृष्ट शैक्षिक क्रम के साथ प्रथम / द्वितीय श्रेणी में एम.ए. (संस्कृत) अथवा आचार्य तत्समकक्ष कोई उपाधि |
स्नातकोत्तर अथवा आचार्य कक्षायें पढ़ाने तथा अनुसंधान के पथ प्रदर्शन तथा पर्यवेक्षण का कम से कम 15 वर्षों का अनुभवा
किसी विश्वविद्यालय या अनुसंधान संस्थान में अनुसंधान प्रकाशनो का पथ प्रदर्शन तथा पर्यवेक्षण का अनुभवा
IV अनुसंधान कार्य के संघटन तथा समन्वयक का अनुभव। 1

विशेष - चयन समिति अपने विवेक पर विशेष परिस्थिति में उक्त अर्हता में छूट दे सकती है।
निर्देश
1. आवेदन पत्र विश्वविद्यालय की वेबसाइट www.ssvv.ac.in से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है जिसे पूर्ण करने के बाद निर्धारित बैंक ड्राफ्ट एवं अपेक्षित प्रमाण पत्रों सहित विश्वविद्यालय को प्रेषित करना होगा।
2. एक से अधिक पदों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को प्रत्येक पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना होगा।
3. बैंक ड्राफ्ट (राष्ट्रीकृत बैंक) General/OBC/EWS हेतु रू. 1500/- तथा SC/ST हेतु रू.1000/- का, वित्त अधिकारी, सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय, वाराणसी के नाम वाराणसी में देय होगा।
4. आवेदित पद / पद का संवर्ग/अभ्यर्थी का संवर्ग, शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं अनुभव आदि सूचनायें आवेदन पत्र में स्पष्ट रूप से इंगित करना अनिवार्य है। अस्पष्ट अपूर्ण/भ्रामक सूचना की स्थिति में आवेदन पत्र निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा, जिसके लिए आवेदक स्वयं उत्तरदायी होंगे। इसकी सूचना अलग से नहीं दी जायेगी।
5. प्रत्येक पद एवं संवर्ग के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना अनिवार्य होगा। जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने पूर्व में निर्गत विज्ञापनों के क्रम में आवेदन किया है. उन अभ्यर्थियों को भी पुनः आवेदन करना अनिवार्य होगा।
6. उत्तर प्रदेश शासन के नियमानुसार उ.प्र. के निवासी होने पर आरक्षण का लाभ देय होगा। आरक्षित संवर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आवेदन पत्र के साथ जाति प्रमाण-पत्र (छः माह के भीतर जारी किया हुआ, अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति को छोड़कर) संलग्न करना अनिवार्य है। अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के जाति प्रमाण पत्र में क्रिमीलेयर (Creamy Layer) के होने न होने का स्पष्ट उल्लेख होना चाहिए। EWS वर्ग के अभ्यर्थियों के नियमानुसार शासन द्वारा निर्धारित प्रमाण-पत्र संलग्न करना अनिवार्य होगा।
7. स्थाय. पदों पर नियुक्ति एक वर्ष के परिवीक्षण काल पर की जाएगी जिसे एक वर्ष से अनधिक काल के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है।
8. उ. प्र. शासन के नियमानुसार वेतन, भत्ते एवं अन्य सुविधायें देय होंगी।
9. विज्ञापित पदों में से एक या अधिक पदों पर नियुक्ति न करने अथवा विज्ञापित पद को निरस्त करने का अधिकार विश्वविद्यालय के पास सुरक्षित होगा। चयन समिति के समय तक विज्ञापित विषयों में रिक्तियाँ उपलब्ध होने की स्थिति में पदों की संख्या बढ़ायी जा सकती है अर्थात् पदों की संख्या घट-बढ़ सकती है।
10. प्रत्येक संवर्ग के लिए संस्कृत का ज्ञान आवश्यक है। पुस्तकालय संवर्ग में संस्कृतज्ञ नहीं उपलब्ध होने पर एक वर्ष के अर्न्तगत संस्कृत सम्भाषण का होना आवश्यक है।
11. आवदेन पत्रों की जाँच/स्क्रीनिंग के उपरान्त अर्ह अभ्यर्थियों को ही साक्षात्कार हेतु आमंत्रित किया जा सकता है।
12. साक्षात्कार हेतु औपबन्धिक (Provisional) बुलावा पत्र प्रेषित किया जायेगा जो निर्धारित उत्तर प्रदेश कुलाधिपति द्वारा जारी नियुक्तियों में पारदर्शिता के अनुसार नियमानुसार चयन की प्रक्रिया होगी त्रुटिवश या मानक पूर्ण न होने पर निर्गत साक्षात्कार बुलावा पत्र अमान्य होगा।
13 साक्षात्कार में सम्मिलित होने के लिए किसी प्रकार का यात्रा भत्ता देय नहीं होगा।
14. आवेदकों की संख्या के अनुसार साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाये जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या विषयवार/पदवार भिन्न-भिन्न हो सकती है जिनमें से कुछ अथवा समस्त को साक्षात्कार हेतु बुलाया जा सकता है।
15. आवेदन-पत्र में उल्लिखित योग्यता / अर्हता / अनुभव आदि के प्रमाण स्वरूप अपेक्षित प्रमाण-पत्र संलग करना अनिवार्य है।
16. निर्धारित प्रारूप पर पूरित आवेदन पत्र रजिस्टर्ड/स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से ही विश्वविद्यालय में प्राप्त होने की अन्तिम तिथि 15 सितम्बर, 2021 है। उक्त तिथि के पश्चात् प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार्य नहीं होंगे, फलतः निरस्त कर दिये
उजायेंगे, जिसकी सूचना अलग से नहीं दी जाएगी।

3. Qualifications for Director Research Institute
M.A. in first / second class with good knowledge of Pali and Prakrit or proficiency in writing and teaching research through Sanskrit language and excellent academic order. (Sanskrit) or any title equivalent to that of Acharya.
At least 15 years' experience of teaching Post Graduate or Professorship classes and guiding and supervising research
Experience of guiding and supervising research publications in a University or Research Institute

Desirable Introduction to at least two famous European languages and knowledge of Indian languages
Special - The Selection Committee at its discretion may relax the said qualification in special circumstances.
Instructions
1. The application form can be obtained from the University website www.ssvv.ac.in which after completion will have to be sent to the University along with the prescribed bank draft and requisite certificates.
2. Candidates applying for more than one post will have to apply separately for each post.
3. Bank Draft (Nationalized Bank) for General/OBC/EWS Rs. 1500/- and Rs.1000/- for SC/ST will be payable at Varanasi in the name of Finance Officer, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya, Varanasi.
4. It is mandatory to clearly indicate the information of the post / post applied for / cadre of the candidate / candidate's cadre, educational qualification and experience etc. in the application form. In case of unclear incomplete/misleading information, the application form will be rejected, for which the applicant himself will be responsible. This information will not be given separately.
5. It will be mandatory to apply separately for each post and cadre. The candidates who have applied in the order of the advertisements issued earlier. Those candidates will also be required to reapply.
6. According to the rules of the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh. The benefit of reservation will be payable if you are a resident of It is mandatory for reserved category candidates to attach caste certificate (issued within six months, except for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) along with the application form. The caste certificate of OBC candidates should clearly mention the absence of creamy layer. According to the rules of the EWS category candidates, it will be mandatory to attach the certificates prescribed by the government.
7. Permanent. The appointment to the posts will be made on a probationary period of one year which may be extended for a period not exceeding one year.
8. Salary, allowances and other facilities will be payable as per the rules of UP Government.
9. The University reserves the right not to appoint one or more of the advertised posts or to cancel the advertised post. The number of posts can be increased in case vacancies are available in the advertised subjects till the time of selection committee i.e. number of posts may fluctuate.
10. Knowledge of Sanskrit is essential for every cadre. If Sanskrit experts are not available in the library cadre, it is necessary to have Sanskrit speech within one year.
11. After scrutiny/screening of applications, only eligible candidates can be called for interview.
12. Provisional call letter will be sent for the interview, which will be done according to the transparency in the appointments issued by the prescribed Uttar Pradesh Chancellor, the process of selection will be done according to the rules, in case of error or not fulfilling the standard, the interview call letter will be invalid.
13. No traveling allowance will be payable for attending the interview.
14. The number of candidates to be called for interview may vary subject wise/post wise according to the number of applicants out of which some or all may be called for interview.
15. It is mandatory to attach requisite certificates in proof of qualification/qualification/experience etc. mentioned in the application form.
16. The last date for receipt of completed applications on prescribed format in the university through Registered/Speed Post only is 15th September, 2021. Applications received after the said date will not be accepted, as a result, they will be rejected.will be issued, the information of which will not be given separately.
